When Will My Order Ship?

  • Stock Items: Orders for stock golf products typically ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Personalized or custom products (including golf clubs or golf balls with logos) will ship within 7-10 business days.
  • Special Edition and Limited-Release Products: These products may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, depending on availability.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under ₹10,000, a flat fee of ₹500 will be charged. Orders over ₹10,000 will qualify for *free shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for ₹1000, ensuring delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment.
  • Rush Shipping: Available for ₹1500 for delivery within 1 business day after shipment.

General Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Only unused, undamaged, and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, personalized items, or products that have been altered in any way (including golf clubs with specific specifications) are *not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • After receiving your returned product, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet return conditions.

Brand-Specific Returns

  • products follow the general return guidelines as mentioned above, with the exception of any personalized or customized products, which are final sale and non-returnable.
